Fernweh Films is an independent film studio based in Northwest Phoenix, focused on quiet, emotionally grounded storytelling. The studio was founded by filmmaker and veteran Marcus Ferguson.

Fernweh Films was born from a love of exploration, human connection, and the stories that live beneath the surface of everyday life. The name itself comes from a German word meaning a deep longing for distant places and unseen experiences—a feeling that sits at the heart of every film we create.
